---+++ General Remarks

The general central shifts policy for 2014 can be found [[https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/CentralShifts2014][here]]. The most important remarks are:

   * Points for CSP shifts:
      * weekday day shift = 1.0
      * weekend day shift = 1.5
   * Each 5 points correspond to 1 week of ESP service work.
   * The number of central credits per author is 4.4
   * The number of authors includes graduate students. SPRACE closed 2013 with 6 authors.
   * SPRACE must perform *26.4 service work credits on Central Shifts*. This corresponds to 26.4 points.
