NeXus

NeXus is a Monte Carlo procedure – based on parton-based Gribov-Regge theory – to simulate different types of high energy interactions:

  • Electron-positron annihilation up to LEP energies
  • Lepton-nucleon scattering up to HERA energies
  • Hadron-hadron scattering up to LHC energies
  • Hadron-nucleus scattering up to LHC energies
  • Nucleus-nucleus scattering up to LHC energies

NeXus may provide the initial condition for the hydrodynamics, namely, the energy-momentum and other conserved charge distributions.
