"You should understand that the scope of the OSG project funded by NSF and DOE is for core and common activities to support the distributed infrastructure - operations, security, VDT, extensions, engagement and training and education. OSG funds do not extend to the support of system administrators, resources support nor core software development. These activities come from Consortium member contributions and other External Projects. I am available to talk to you further about the responsibilities associated with the receipt of OSG funds and our planning and distributions to date."
