CMS members receive an e-mail with a link to the paper and the deadline for comments.
All papers are at: http://cdsweb.cern.ch/collection/CMS%20Publication%20Drafts
Login: upper right corner using NICE authentication (same as e-mail account)
Click "Search"
Click "Detailed Record" or the link that comes in the e-mail, e.g. <http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/#>
- "Additional Information for the Analysis" gives the composition of the Analysis Review Committee.
  - CADI (CMS Analysis Database Interface) record: supporting Analysis Notes, the Physics Analysis Summary, Webpage of the analysis, the hypernews forum and names of the submitter of the analysis and of the ARC.
- Existing comments can be seen clicking on the number
- "CMS Author List" takes you to the author list of the paper
Comments to the paper can be submitted via "Submit a comment";
- Typed (copy pasted) directly in the window, or
- Upload a pdf file or a zip file, or
- Add an URL
Once the comment is submitted a mail is sent to the submitter
