Monte Carlo Production for DØ Collaboration

SPRACE has started contributing to the Monte Carlo Production for DØ Collaboration in April 2004.

McFarm infrastructure

3.5 Million events were produced using the McFarm (Monte Carlo Farm Manager) program until June 2005.

SAMGrid infrastructure

SAMGrid infrastructure was used from July 2005 until January 2007 and 6.5 Million events were produced during this period of time.

OSG-SAMGrid interoperability

OSG-SAMGrid interoperability is being used since July 2007 and 18.2 Million events were produced until now.

SPRACE Total Contribution

* Total number of MC events produced at SPRACE is 28.2 Million.
